In 2014, the Perrotin gallery in Paris presented a group show, ‘GIRL’, curated by Pharrell Williams and named after an album he released a few months prior. Now, the gallery is revisiting the experience with the show 'Femmes', once again curated by Pharrell and exploring diverse interpretations of femininity. It features artwork in various media (much of it new) by 39 international artists, nearly all of them Black, representing different genders and generations.
