"Today, February 14, 2025, the 193 Gallery in Venice inaugurates Perpetuate the Dreams, a solo exhibition dedicated to New Zealand artist Rob Tucker (Auckland, 1987). Tucker is known for his contemporary reinterpretation of traditional themes such as still life and landscapes.
His painting practice is characterized by the use of large, textured areas of color, giving a tangible physicality to the surface of the work while simultaneously evoking lightness and a dreamlike dimension.
